This Privacy Policy explains how Crafthousesystems, DBA Plan and Stay ("Plan & Stay," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information when you visit our website, buy a membership, create an account, use the travel platform, request support, or receive Hotel Savings access.

A separate hotel booking provider handles Hotel Savings searches and reservations. Its privacy policy applies to information you submit directly through its service.

When you use Plan & Stay, we may collect:

• Account information — your name, email address, phone number, country, account status, profile details, and authentication information. Authentication providers protect your password; Plan & Stay does not receive your password in readable form.
• Purchase and membership information — your selected product, order or transaction reference, purchase date, payment status, membership status, and fulfillment status. Payment providers handle complete card details; we do not store your full card number.
• Hotel Savings fulfillment information — the contact and membership details needed to prepare and deliver eligible Hotel Savings access, along with internal fulfillment records and support notes.
• Trip content — trips, travelers, tasks, budgets, itineraries, reservations, notes, documents, preferences, polls, comments, and photos you choose to add.
• Communications — messages, support requests, form submissions, and your communication preferences.
• Technical and usage information — browser and device details, IP address, sign-in events, pages or features used, diagnostic information, and security events.

We use personal information to process purchases; create, authenticate, and maintain accounts; provide membership features; save and display your travel content; fulfill Hotel Savings access; respond to support requests; send transaction and service notices; prevent fraud and misuse; troubleshoot and improve performance; keep records; and comply with legal obligations. We do not use private trip content to create advertising profiles.

We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to operate and protect Plan & Stay, including to:

• Payment and checkout providers — to collect customer details, process payments, prevent fraud, and report successful transactions.
• Our Hotel Savings fulfillment and booking providers — to prepare eligible access and enable hotel searches and reservations.
• Hosting, database, email, communications, analytics, and support providers— to operate and improve the platform and communicate with you.

We may also disclose information in a business transfer, with your direction or consent, when legally required, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the public, our rights, or the security of the service. We do not sell personal information for money. Mobile information and text messaging consent are subject to the stricter protections below.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help deliver our text messages and process opt-outs on our behalf. These providers may use it only to provide those services.

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from Crafthousesystems DBA Plan and Stay, we collect your mobile number and records of your consent, such as the date, method, and disclosure presented when you opted in. We use this information to send the messages you agreed to receive, maintain consent records, and honor your messaging preferences. Providing a phone number for account registration, checkout, support, or guest access does not by itself constitute consent to receive marketing texts. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You may also contact info@planandstaynow.com for help. After an opt-out, you may receive one confirmation message; no further messages from that program will be sent unless you opt in again. We use cookies and similar browser storage for authentication, security, preferences, functionality, and performance measurement. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in or other features from working. Third-party forms or booking services may use their own technologies under their respective policies.

We retain information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as needed to provide the service, restore an account, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations. Retention varies by record type. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information that no longer identifies you.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; receive a portable copy; object to or restrict certain processing; or appeal a decision about a request. These rights may have legal exceptions.

Plan & Stay and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Privacy laws in those locations may differ. Where required, we use appropriate measures for international transfers.

Plan & Stay is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly create accounts for or collect personal information directly from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us.

We may update this policy as our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date will be updated when revisions are posted. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the platform, by email, or both.
